Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Read it with your kid for a month. If it did not give them at least one line they did not have before, email support@thewisekidclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. No forms and no questions. In most cases you keep the book.

Damaged or wrong items. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement the same day at no cost.

Cancellations. Orders can be changed or cancelled until they ship, usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us with your order number.

Digital items and gift cards are non-refundable once delivered.
